Informative storytelling always begins with a clear why. To educate Raleigh Water’s community of customers about the key role of chlorine in the water supply, I wrote the script and visual guidelines for this informative video guide. By simplifying the science of water purification and offering simple steps to respond to water issues, this video equipped the Wake County community to better understand how their water infrastructure works.
